I suffered depression for 6 years.after poisoning myself.my liver got damaged and turn in to fibrosis. Now im underweight bmi 17. I lost all my confidence.I want back to life. I am trying to put on weight gain it slowly, but I am not noticing any muscle gain or major change in my body. My routine is a bit irregular since I work on the field. Usually, I take milk for breakfast, lunch at no fixed timing, sometimes juice in the evening if possible, and then dinner at night. Diet with Hypothyroidism

I am 23 yrs old Male. 90kg weight 172 cms height and BMI : 30. I have Hypothyroidism since childhood and have been taking medicine since 13 years. Earlier I was 78kg but last year I gained 10kgs so my physician increased my dose from 50mcg to 75mcg. I am currently on 75mcg Eltroxin and do regular thyroid profile checkup and everything is within normal range. I try my best to decrease my weight but unable to do even after dietary changes and workout. I have never lost weight in my life and don't know to deal with this now?
