General Surgery

I have had my gallbladder removed in December 2024... I was having mild acidity issues and fullness in stomach sometimes...but since 3 or 4 months I feel there is something under my right ribs ...it doesn't pain ...it just a sensation like something is there and it's pulling something...what could it be...

I have been suffering from hard stools and recurrent fissure-related symptoms for the last 5–6 years. My lifestyle has been quite sedentary, with most of my time spent sitting, studying, using my phone, and sleeping, with very little physical activity. At the same time, I have maintained a relatively healthy diet. I have not eaten fast food for almost 5 years, consume little to no sugar for the last 6–7 years, and generally avoid maida and junk foods. Despite this, I still experience hard stools and fissure-related issues. Could my sedentary lifestyle be a major contributing factor, or could there be another underlying reason? Based on my history, where do you think I may be going wrong, and what lifestyle changes would you recommend to prevent this problem from recurring? Please explain in detail if possible ( i have to be active and go to gym )

I had skin grafting done on October 5, 2025 . It's been 7-8 months since then my donor site looks a little weird to me . How much more time it will take to flat down , or do I need a treatment for it?  My concern is not the pigmentation but the raised scar as my capf medical is due in the following months . I am 28 ,i had circumcision before 9 days.Now the dressing is removed and I am back at work.There is still swelling below the glans area. What's hurting the most is the sensitivity of glans.I am unable to walk.Please suggest ways to reduce sensitivity and may I know for how long the sensitivity may remain.

Dear Doctor, After the laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, I noticed some swelling and a small blood clot at the IV cannula puncture site(s) on my hand/arm. Could you please advise if any medication or treatment is required and share a prescription if needed? Thank you.

I have an Epidermal inclusive cyst which is increasing from the last few days. Two images share one is a 2 day old pic and the other one click right now. I have pain and swelling too but earlier it wasn't. In March last week, I did an FNAC test as per the doctor's recommendation. What to do, pls suggest (once I already did go thru the surgery procedure in 2017 and it came out again after one or two years).

Dr is my penis foreskin needs some surgical intervention to restore it to cover glans or its just a naturally short foreskin. Is this can be check and confirm by a surgeon physically or can be assessed though photos also. Attaching pic please let me know. I am not circumcised and this anatomy i remember present from puberty changes time don't remember how my penis look in childhood. If it needs some surgical intervention is this painful to restore it back to normal place ?

I have to undergo fistula surgery and I am very much scared about the procedure Meanwhile I have SVT issues , I heard they give spinal anesthesia before surgery.. Can we ask to change it to general so I can fell asleep and don't wanna see the procedure? Will they change anesthesia according to our comfort??
