Already pitta was imbalanced and I did intermittent fasting. Now bcoz of that since 3 years facing loose stools once daily , bloating after meals,skin problems, feeling cold. When I take cooling/grahi meds for loose stools then it makes digestion sluggish & i feel more cold.When I take heating meds it increases loose stools. Now 1 dr in practo told me i have MRIDU KOSHT with VISHAM AGNI.pls suggest some medicines 🙏🙏

My aunt is having this small painless cyst please kindly suggest any ayurvedic tablet for removing this cyst or any home remedies. Eagerly waiting for your kind reply.

I consulted my dr and he prescribed me these medicines for 6 months for severe cervical radiculopathy pain due to an electrical shock 1. Pantoprazole sodium and levosulpride 40 mg daily before food 2. Tofacitinib citrate 5 mg alternate days 3. Iguratimod 25mg alternate days 4. Nurokind plus rf daily after food morning 5. Gabapentin 100mg at night 6. Etizyn pr tablet daily at night Now I'm scared to take pantoprazole sodium and levosulpride as I read it can cause neuropathy because it inhibit b12 absorption is it safe Also can I take ayurvedic medicine dashamoola kashayam and yograj guggul tablet and ashwagandha 1 teaspoon powder keeping a gap of 2 hours between the allopathic medicine. Does these interact . Will ayurvedic medicine inhibit the absorption of nurokind plus rf or stops the liver enzymes to break down the allopathic medicine for body to absorb them

I have been experiencing food-related reactions for the past ~8 years. My symptoms include small itchy rashes (mosquito-bite–like), very rarely mild hives, frequent mouth ulcers after certain foods, and digestive issues such as gas, bloating, and IBS-like symptoms for some foods. I sometimes experience headaches, palpitations, and fatigue. These reactions are usually delayed (6–10 hours after eating trigger foods). Ex: chicken, tomato, banana etc. For different foods, there is different reaction happening. Allergic to only unmatched foods but nothing else. I can tolerate rice, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, carrot, curd, and urad dal. Foods like chicken and tomato trigger symptoms, which are relieved by Levocetirizine. Earlier, antibiotics temporarily reduced my reactions, but this no longer happens. My IgE level was above 120 last year. I would like to know whether this condition is autoimmune, urticaria, or food intolerance, and what treatment or long-term solutions are available.
