Hi I am.46 Is passing blood clots on day 6 mostly when I urinate normal? This has never happened before.. had it for one period before my last period and it has happened again this.time.. I usually sit for long hours during periods even on day 4 and day 5 due to mild pain and abdominal discomfort Can this be causing it or there can be any other reason Thanks

Suffering from digestion problem -oily loose motion , downwards acidity with burning in anus,red skin rash on cheeks,dry skin, insomnia,gas bloating, heaviness, frequent hunger. Dr always advises some heating medicine which increases symptoms.Bitter astringent also increase vata.Pls tell any medicine for DIGESTION which primarily balances pitta & secondarily balances vata & kapha

My sister is having liver cyst, we suggested a local ayurved doctor he prescribed medicines Ariliv, redliv ds, cysty circe, kankayan, vcan capsule, ganoderma capsule, kapiva liver care juice. at present she is taking it, please i need help from your expertise doctors in ayurvedic is this medicine ok or if there is anymore better medicine kindly suggest my humble request 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have white discharge mixed with br own red from January and I got my last period in November Yestrerday had some light blood discharge. Should it be considered period ? Hi Doc. I am 30 year old male, healthy overall but I have noticed that my baseline testosterone levels are approx. 300. If I workout for few weeks it shoots up a bit but once I stop working out it again lands down to baseline levels, how to keep it in the healthy range even if I don't workout. Also I have heard that zinc tablets 10–15 mg/day is safe to take for few months as that will help me boost my testosterone levels but not sure if it will be able to maintain it or not. Please suggest how to keep my T levels in a healthy range.
