Why the corners or sides of my lips are turning skin color. I am 36 yrs old. I don't smoke ,no drink, no as such habits..sudden appearing

I have these reoccuring patches on my tongue and poor digestion very low body weight dry skin looks like malnutrition. Please help what could be issue .how to avoid this and precautions
