Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor, I am an 18-year-old male with gradual hair thinning for the past few years. Hair fall is usually less than 50 hairs per day but occurs during bathing and combing. My hair has become thinner, especially around the front hairline/temples. I also have dandruff with white and yellow flakes, occasional itching, and mild scalp redness. Ketoconazole shampoo has helped but not completely. My CBC, Ferritin, Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D, and Thyroid tests are normal. Could this be seborrheic dermatitis, early male pattern hair loss, telogen effluvium, or a fungal infection? What further tests or treatment would you recommend? I have attached photos. Thank you.

Since 3-4 days, I have been experiencing itching around the foreskin and the underside of the glans (penis tip), which started after sexual intercourse with my wife. On examination, I noticed multiple tiny white and red spots/dots on the affected area. There is itching and mild discomfort, but no severe pain, burning during urination, discharge, foul smell, fever, swelling, or open sores.

I was experiencing hair fall while living in Kolkata, so I consulted a dermatologist through Practo. She advised a few blood tests and then prescribed Minoxidil along with Vitamin D3 and other supplements. Recently, I moved to Delhi, and since then my hair fall has increased significantly. I am noticing visible thinning, and my hair condition has become much worse compared to before. I have also started getting pimples. As I am already using Minoxidil and taking the prescribed supplements, I would like to know what could be causing this sudden increase in hair fall and what steps I should take next.

Sir/Madam I have pimple like harmless structures on the penis base for about six months which are increasing in number slowly, is there a cream or an ointment which can cure and remove those pimples. I tried plucking them but blood comes out from them, i use razor to remove all hair to maintain hygiene but those are not going away. Thanks

I had a second degree burn 70 ago because of oil. It healed in two weeks. I still have little area where I have little redness. Skin texture is good. I used regen d and SSD initially. I am worried about the repigmentation. There is a very little pigmentation that came back across borders and most of the area is still pale. I am using Shea butter, coconut oil and sunscreen to protect. Hexilax silicone gel at night. Should I have to be worried about pigmentation? How many months would it take and is there anything else I can take care of?

On my nose porokerotosis is there its not removed 7year doing trerment total I have using rationd fu 5 /. Imqumod also do not any effect

Hello Doctors, 6 years back I had fungal infection on my left hand, I consulted dermatologist that time he has prescribed many medicines including steroids, after complete recovery of fungal infection I got polymorphic light eruption and I strongly suspect it happens because of use of that steroids. Since last 6 years I am facing this issue. Temporary solutions are available like use of sunscreen, use full sleeve clothes but any permanent solution for this ? Internet says some better solutions available like use of vitamin b3 and polypodium leucotomos. Will this help me ?

Ot red around cheeks ,my doc adviced physiogel lotion, and medicated soap..after that I find no use and I went to another clinic she said that I have sun burn  from that developed openpores  as my skin is very oily .then she adviced acutane 5 mg dose!  Itiderm And serum Should I start using acutane,im confused

He had a fungal infection on his inner thighs about 2 years ago, and it has completely healed. However, it left behind dark post-infection marks/discoloration in the affected area. The marks have persisted despite the infection being resolved. Marks are dark brown colour. Could you please suggest an effective cream, ointment, or treatment to help fade these marks and restore the skin color?
