Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor, I am a male currently growing my hair long, and my hair length is now up to my chin. Recently I have noticed increased hair fall, and I often see fallen hairs around my workplace and during the day. I also get pimple-like bumps on my scalp that sometimes become irritated, itchy, or painful. My scalp feels sensitive at times. Could this be related to long hair growth, scalp infection, dandruff, folliculitis, or something else? Also, should I take any multivitamins or supplements for hair fall and scalp health? What treatment, tests, or hair care routine would you recommend?

From 3 days on legs hand and face small non itchy dots or allergy arise on 11 month baby is it normal or require to go for test

My baby completed 2 years and 1 month and from one month she had this skin issue.so first she got this small bumps on 29th march and those look like mosquito bites but then bumps became water filled hard blister so people said chicken pox we consulted pediatrician and he prescribed averzine hydroxyzine OS IP 10mg and sofidew calamine lotion after using few days it didn't worked so we consulted dermatologist he gave teczine levocetrizine dihydrocloride syrup and mupirocin,atarax hydroxyzine 2mg syrup each syrup 4ml suggested after using 10 days no improvement.its been 37 days still she is getting half inch size red skin first then small bumps and it ll become water filled blister bumps she s scratching and I don't know what to do.please suggest me something doctors said those aren't chicken pox so what is it. Kindly suggest some medicine or any procedure. Thanks in advance Deepa

What does it look like? I was sleeping and then in the morning it was itching and painful and i saw this...I'm guessing it was probably some insect...can any doctor tell me what is there any insect bite that looks similar...is it dangerous?

Hello doctors, ive been diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a month ago. I started taking thyronorm 25 mcg about 2 weeks back . But suddenly since past 2 days during showering im noticing hair loss ~ 30 strands . I usually dont shed this many strands of hair until i use shampoo. And i still dont shed hair when combing with my fingers after showering . Im really concerned about this. Is this balding or a side effect of the medicine? Ive never had this many hair fall during shower just 3 days ago. Please help. 🙏

I have cronic Urticaria since 3 years taking belastine daily if stopped I develop red hives all over the body causing pain and irritation.

My VDRL test at 6 months is non reactive Then i went for std panel at 9 months in which RPR serum is non reactive But RPR in dilution is 1 in 1 is reported in same report TPHA is also negative in same report And all other std like herpes hiv chlamydia is negative RPR in dilution is 1in1 confused me , please help me
