Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

1)Hi. Myself , Ritesh Kumar from Jharkhand , have Blackhead acane Problem ( mostly on Both Cheeks and lower back part of neck) since last 6 months.On pressing these acane, whitish material come out and black spot left after healing. No any pain in these acane .These acane reduce in numbers or sometimes disappear much on using medicine but as soon as I ski using creams/ medicines - appear again  in more numbers. 2) Visited many dermatologist but not getting relief till now. 3) Currently medicine going on - (1)Lufisoft cream  (2)Dappy-C gel. (3)Clim-N gel. 4) My question - is this blackhead acane lifelong ( permanent problem) , no cure ???- please reply 5) I request, please help me if possible. My confidence, lifestyle everything get disturbed. Completely frustrated and hopeless. I am in depression phase and medicine going on for this too because of this chronic skin problem. Please, please response

Any good lotion and itching reducing cream for this without urea.. was using Cetaphil Pro 10% urea but it was exfoliating too much

I m having this problem from past 10 months. it somtimes gets better on its own somedays its to itchy and dry .. what is it and what csn be done except moisturisation. its only on my lef hand and on one place in right hand

Multiple small, skin-colored bumps with overall dryness/rough texture on the upper arm. the bumps/raised areas are itchy, * they appear in the evening, * individual spots disappear within 24 hours and reappear

I have had recurrent urticaria (hives) for about 2 months. The hives and itching are worst at night and usually wake me up around 3–6 AM. I have also had lip swelling 2–3 times, which resolved the same day. Predmet/steroids help, but symptoms return after stopping. Bilastine, levocetrizin, montelikast didn't help much. symptoms worsen at night. I am currently taking Fexert 180 in the morning and Teczine 10 at night, but still have significant night-time itching and hives.

I got a red pea size hard boil in my right armpit,n oticed it in last 4-5 days. Size has increased and It's attached to the skin. Painful to touch.  3/10. No history of boils in armpit.

Suddenly my lips turned into dark black colour than the usual tone of my lips and upper lips in the middle part is lined  by white and it's not goings why
