Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have post nasal drip due to which I have sore throat and continuous caugh which distrub my sleep.. throat is paining even after taking 4 times gargle since 2 weeks.

For my child this is the ct pns report. Doctor advice operation is it necessary or we can clear with  proper meditation and food?

I have been experiencing multiple symptoms over the past few weeks and would like a detailed evaluation and treatment plan.  - I have urticaria (hives) for the past 1 month. It comes and goes and seems related to allergy. - I have sinusitis symptoms for the past 2 weeks, including:   - Nasal blockage (both nostrils)   - White mucus   - Forehead pressure (especially on one side) - Since yesterday, I developed ear blockage/fullness sensation, especially after travelling. It feels like pressure inside the ear and head. This started after travel (car window open + yawning), and since then the ear feels blocked and uncomfortable. Current Medications: - Azeflo nasal spray (azelastine + fluticasone) - Levohal M (anti-allergy tablet) Concerns: - Ear still feels blocked despite medication - Sinus symptoms not fully improving - Ongoing urticaria - I am currently 3 months pregnant.

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing symptoms suggestive of Meniere’s Disease, including episodes of vertigo, occasional hearing disturbance, and earlier I had some noise sensation in the ear. Currently, most of my reports (MRI, EEG, VNG) are normal. I would like your guidance regarding the best course of treatment. Kindly advise on the next steps Thank you.

Can someone kindly elaborate these reports, patient feeling vertigo symptoms like imbalance while walking or turning head but not spinning, no vomiting or nausea. Symptoms started for 4-5 days after excessive sweating while doing house chores earlier. So the doctor suggested these tests.

I’ve had a burning sensation on the right side of my throat for the past 2 weeks. It gets worse when I smoke cigarettes. I started smoking in December 2025. For medication, I’ve been taking: Bactoclav 625 mg (Amoxicillin 500 mg + Clavulanic acid 125 mg) Zerodol SP (Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase) Pantop D capsule (Pantoprazole + Domperidone) I have been taking these medicines for more than a week, but I am not getting any relief. When I touch my throat from the outside, I don’t feel any pain. But internally, there is a burning sensation. This is not acid reflux .

I got tinnitus in left ear after a dental implant. It has been 2 years and it has not gone away. I feel slight hearing loss also because of it. Can someone help?consulted multiple ear and teeth doctors , nobody was able to find out the cause

When sneezing starts, it continues without stopping. Causes watery nose, headache , eyes are sore and at times leads to uncontrolled badder movement. Been taking Bularid M. Happens if discontinue the med even for a day. Did the allergy test for 72 different allergens but found negative for all. Please help

Plz anyone tell me what to do? Did a biopsy report yet to come. Guide properly about that... Shall we go for an MRI or wait for a biopsy report to come. Guide me properly.
