Dizziness!!
Can someone kindly elaborate these reports, patient feeling vertigo symptoms like imbalance while walking or turning head but not spinning, no vomiting or nausea. Symptoms started for 4-5 days after excessive sweating while doing house chores earlier. So the doctor suggested these tests.

Reports are suggesting it is positional vertigo since Dix hallpike manoeuvre is positive - BPPV i.e benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which is due to ear isse (peripheral vertigo) You will have to consult for positional exercises ,manoeuvres and vestibular sedative medications which will relieve your giddiness .

The test suggests you have BPPV which causes vertigo due to head movements. Consult the doctor again as they will prescribe you medications and perform a manoeuvre to relive your condition
