Vertigo Dizziness
Previously I had 4 episodes of vertigo ,I have taken vestibular rehabilitation excercises from doctor now I am feeling normal,will I experience a Vertigo in future,what are precautions I need to take  for not recurrence of vertigo in future

Hi , It can aggravate with sudden movements if its BPPV . Better is to do a dix hallpike test and other test to rule out inner ear pathology. Vertigo is not only associate with ear , check with medicine doctors to rule out orthostatic hypotension and other

Hello there are various triggering factors for vertigo like rapid neck movements, position changes, infection, emotional stress, migraine. Most concerned thing is to eliminate the triggering factors first. As you said that you are asymptomatic now , so you must work on the triggering factor. Healthy and nutritious diet also helps to cope up with the symptoms. And if the symptoms persist again, test VNG (videnystagmography) is gold standard to find the cause of vertigo, either brain or inner ear.

It will be difficult to predict like that If it was due to inner ear involvement, as I can see by your history , vestibular rehabilitation was helpful So avoid jerky sudden movements Specially while getting up from bed , make sure you do it gradually…… No such guarantee that it wont recur again however
