Hi I have been suffering from vertigo since last month I also have a backache and neck pain. I visited and orthopaedic and an ent specialist who told me that I have some left year issue she did some kind of adjustment maneuver . Today while sleeping at 5 am I suddenly started feeling heavy head spinning like I am going to faint can someone tell me what could be the reason could maneuver gone wrong I am worried
