Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat pain and runny nose I always have tonsills is it viral tonsilla infection or bacterial tonsilla infection .I have attached the photo pls help

Two years have passed but , my ear pain is relieved, I have consulted many ENT doctors , two times CT SCAN PNS has done , impedance audiometry, audiometry test normal, no hearing loss , whenever I come in contact with cold air , face pain ear pressure and headache occurs , nasal endoscopy only spur traced out , when ear pain neck gets stiff , brain mri normal Ear drum , eustachian tube normal It is a migraine or sinus , minor redness below under eyes ,

Need some general advice..I'm planning to take thyroid test. Have been advised to take thyronorm 25 mcg tablets for 3 months. It's been more than 8 weeks. How do I prepare myself for the test? Need advice. Should I do any fasting? If so how? Also during the day of taking the test do I need to skip taking the tablet??

Hello Most Respected ENT Surgeons here, My father, aged 74 has been advised for tympanoplasty. He develops infections repeatedly, has pus discharge and thereby can't use a hearing aid due to the discharge. I would be extremely grateful to get guidance for cautions post tympanoplasty. Hi doctor, how long is it normal for fluid to drain from the ear after placing a long-term grommet? At what point should I be concerned if it continues?

Hi Doctor, what is the best way to clear ear ? Is there any drop comes in the market to make it clear ? Because sometimes when i have itching in ear i generally do it by my hand but i heard it maybe dangerous for ear health?

Before she has bppv , has successful epley, but its been 2 months of epley she is feeling very weak and unsteadiness, no nausea, no vertigo but throughout the day is unable to do anything for her unsteadiness . She was getting rid of it gradually but slowly but for las 3 days she is feeling more unsteadiness. What should she do ?

Can sinusitis lead to brown or reddish phlegm in morning? As i had taken a CT scan and there is Sinus infection and a mild DNS. I have been taking antibiotics because of which the pain near eyebrow has somewhat healed but the mucus remains the same. What can be the reason? Should i go with so other test?
