I have throat pain and runny nose I always have tonsills is it viral tonsilla infection or bacterial tonsilla infection .I have attached the photo pls help

Mostly Allergic in nature ....if u are not getting benfit from antihistaminics then Throat swabs can be done for recurrent tonsillitis.

Running nose is due to allergic rhinitis Bcz of constant drip from nose to throat  u may have recurrent throat pain. Ur picture is not clear to say its tonsillitis. Tonsils will be there in tonsillar fossa , the thing is u need to be examined to say whether its tonsillitis or not
