I have throat pain and runny nose I always have tonsills is it viral tonsilla infection or bacterial tonsilla infection .I have attached the photo pls help

Running nose is due to allergic rhinitis
Bcz of constant drip from nose to throat u may have recurrent throat pain.
Ur picture is not clear to say its tonsillitis.
Tonsils will be there in tonsillar fossa , the thing is u need to be examined to say whether its tonsillitis or not
