Hi Doctor, what is the best way to clear ear ? Is there any drop comes in the market to make it clear ? Because sometimes when i have itching in ear i generally do it by my hand but i heard it maybe dangerous for ear health?

Gentle rubbing doesn’t cause any harm but if the itch is severe and painful, you need to visit ENT specialist

Hi, always better to consult first, as we do not know itching can be due to fungus or wax, once u consult and see then Ent doctors can give u appropriate drops if needed and ointment if needed for the itching. Do not use it by yourself

u should not itch your ears or put anything inside it can the damage the skin lining or can damage the tympanic membrane unknowingly. If you suffer from alot of itching u can use petroleum jelly or some antibiotic ointment routinely after having bath using ear bud; u need to insert it till the cotton part or u can use water based or oil based wax removal drops like waxonil, clinocarb or soliwax A or O once or twice a week.

You should not insert anything inside the ear. You can use soliwax ear drops 4 drops three times a day.
