Ear pressure
My cold has been persisting for the last eight days. I have a runny nose, nasal blockage, cough, and frequent coughing. I also have a mild headache at the back of my head. For the past three days, I’ve been experiencing ear pressure, a blocked feeling in the ear, and a crackling or popping sound in the ear when I yawn or when I eat. What could be causing all of this, and how can I get relief? I have been taking aftous tab ( fexofenadine & montelukast) for 7 days. No relief. I have otrivin habit also for long time.

Otrivin habit for a long time might be responsible for your current symptoms. You can switch to some steroid nasal spray which will give you relief. Also try saline nose drops for now . Continue the antihistaminic medication
