Ear pressure and facial pain
Two years have passed but , my ear pain is relieved, I have consulted many ENT doctors , two times CT SCAN PNS has done , impedance audiometry, audiometry test normal, no hearing loss , whenever I come in contact with cold air , face pain ear pressure and headache occurs , nasal endoscopy only spur traced out , when ear pain neck gets stiff , brain mri normal Ear drum , eustachian tube normal It is a migraine or sinus , minor redness below under eyes ,

Good Evening Sir. If all the workup is normal, the symptoms that you are describing could be related to a neuralgia, i.e., neural pain. If it's a particular side of face, ear, neck, that hurts always. It's highly likely to be the diagnosis. Trigeminal nerve supplies these areas and in some individuals it gets irritated by various triggering factors, like in your case, cold air. If the spur is very prominent, it can cause these symptoms too. But they'll usually aggravate whenever u have cold, and not directly related to exposure to cold air.

If nothing fits the diagnosis there is no physical or physiological abnormality noted in all the tests, Its neuralgia which should be taken care of , Next time when this occurs u should take consult neurologist for medications specifically for neuralgia
