Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having ear pain in both ears inside not in the lobes or outer surface. Perhaps due to  reasons : Using earphones , headphones daily for long hours at high volumes Ear Wax Its like I am able to yawn , and do everything without pain Not able to listen at high volumes now , my ears have become sensitive. I can hear voices properly, no swimmers ear No discharge coming out..I remember sometimes , back a month ago or so , I had this pain but not so severe like very little, it came lasted for 1-2 seconds and went away , this happed with me when I take the ear phones out my ears.And everything was fine , I didn't consult a doctor.. Shall I consult a doctor or let this go on its own ??but this time , I am having pain severely, and due to which my left ear especially has become sensitive to even putting the earphone. What do you think it can be ??

My cold has been persisting for the last eight days. I have a runny nose, nasal blockage, cough, and frequent coughing. I also have a mild headache at the back of my head. For the past three days, I’ve been experiencing ear pressure, a blocked feeling in the ear, and a crackling or popping sound in the ear when I yawn or when I eat. What could be causing all of this, and how can I get relief? I have been taking aftous tab ( fexofenadine & montelukast) for 7 days. No relief. I have otrivin habit also for long time.

As per doctor taken  Amoxicillin for 7 days with levocetricize, still throat pain and infection is not going after 10 days... Body ache and throat pain, can't eat properly..

So my dad has done endoscopy. His left side of head hurts. Medical history: He has undergone left year surgery or steptometry if that is it is called in year 2015 And also has inverted papuloma and undergone for surgery for that too in year 2021 Attacching his endoscopy images The one with small patchy circle in the image is for right ear and the other is left one..

Hello doctor, I’ve had a persistent cough for about 3 months now. I’ve done a chest X-ray and sputum test, and both came back normal. My symptoms include: - Chest pain when I cough  - White mucus  - Throat pain (recent)  - Strange ear discomfort (feels like scratching or pressure before coughing) The medications I was given (Cefadroxil and cough syrup) haven’t solved it. Please could this be postnasal drip, asthma, or something else? What tests or treatment would you recommend?
