So my dad has done endoscopy.
His left side of head hurts.
Medical history: He has undergone left year surgery or steptometry if that is it is called in year 2015
And also has inverted papuloma and undergone for surgery for that too in year 2021

The tympanic membrane is retracted and congested.should get a nasal endoscopy also done for any recurrence of inverted papilloma .
Don't put ear buds oil and maximum avoid cold foods and drinks .get an ent consultation.
Is there any nasal bleed recurring ??

Left side is clear

Regular observation to be done for right ear perforation if it’s having any discharge or earache

Avoid ear cleaning or oil placement in right ear
If it’s persistent headche pls visit medicine doctor
As such there’s no indication of right ear perforation with headche
