Am on metformin and sitagliptin for diabetes. Can I use glp 1 for weight loss for a short duration for around 10 kgs. Have tried dieting and working out but no result

Hi, I am facing issue to reduce weight, my face is became round which is making me depressed..I don't eat much still gained lots of weight, I walk other than that no exercise I am able to do..because I get body pain ,tiredness ,breathless feeling..I really want to lose weight please help me out ..I have pcod/pcos issue. My SGPT and SGOT went up to 650 & 750, after 1.5 months it has come down to 60 and 70 and the treatment I receive now is only Liv52 and Glucose but my body still feels extremely weak I get tired even if I sit for too long , so I'm mostly lying down in my bed and when I get up I get light headed . I eat like a bird and still get heartburn and acid reflux , I can't digest anything other than rice . Now my weakness won't get better if I don't eat and I cant eat because I can't digest . What should I do ? Also is this level of weakness normal in such a case? How long does it take for the liver to get back to its usual state ? What kind of diet should I take?

Sir My father is suffering stomach and lower abdomen pain with full body burning and constipation  since six month.Still he has urine infection so he is taking antibiotic.But still he is facing same problem. Father medical history 1.Pace Maker 2023 2.Gall bladder operation done 2024 3.Mild stroke Nov 25 4.He is taking sugar and hypertension medicine.
