Hello doctor, I am suffering from ibs from last 6 years. It is getting cured and again it is comming back. Currently I do have alternative bowel, back pain , acidity and sometime chest pain.

From last few months there is gnawing pain happens when empty stomach consulted few doctors Ultrasound sound is fine. Pain increases when stomach is empty. No blood in motion no vomiting. Increase in appetite

Hi since 1 month I am facing cronic constipation where I was getting fresh into 2 to 3 days but now I am not able to pass stool. Hi I have stomach left side some kind of swellinh i dont its swelling or just muscles issues i had shown 7 gp to take opinion but all told this is not swelling this is just muscles bulge but when i sleep its go away its flat stomach and when i bend its feel like swelling but all dr told this is no swelling but why i feels like thissss...and done 3 months back sonography of stomach but all are normal should i repeat?

I have gallbladder sludge due to which I suffer from RHS chest sever pain for 4-8 hours continuously after every fews days of interval. So can it be cured through medicines or I would have to go under surgery to get the gallbladder removed altogether. Or this pain may be due to other reason

Hello Doctor, I wanted your guidance regarding weight loss and appetite control. I started gym in September 2025 at around 92 kg. Currently (April 2026), I am around 95 kg with approximately 36% body fat. I have been consistent with weight training and some cardio, and I also maintain protein intake through my diet and supplements. However, my main issue is that I am unable to control my hunger and I frequently experience strong cravings for sweets. Because of this, I find it difficult to maintain a calorie deficit consistently. I wanted to ask: Could this be related to any hormonal or metabolic issue? Would medications like GLP-1 agonists (such as semaglutide) be appropriate in my case for appetite control? If not, what would be the best medical or nutritional approach to manage hunger and cravings? My goal is to reduce body fat while preserving muscle, as I am regularly training. Thank you.
