Is using pain killers for my surgery worsen diarreah. Suffering from motions . Should I temporary stop pain killer medicines .. plz advice

Hello Doctor, I have a history of slow stomach I have taken sompraz 40 and lesuride 25 motility. My gynecologist recently ordered me to stop Lesuride 25 mg because it caused high prolactin levels and delayed my periods. I am currently taking Cabeen 0.5 to lower my prolactin. Since stopping the Lesuride, my stomach has completely stalled. I have severe upper stomach bloating, light chest burning, and a pinning pain under my right chest and armpit.  Can you please review my health profile in this chat and confirm if it is safe for me to take them together?

From childhood I am having recurrent mouth ulcers and constipation. Mouth ulcer occurs in the mouth, tongue and sometimes in the throat and automatically gets healed after a few days but the ulcer happens in different spots each time. I am currently experiencing joint pain too. Can you please suggest a blood test that I should take.

Consulted 3 doctors, no relief, still on medication. Pain is intermittent. Mostly after taking food. Test Done so far -- USG, CBC, LIPID PROFILE, LFT, Lipase, KFT.

Accidental corrosive ingestion on 05 June 2026. Hospitalized and underwent upper GI endoscopy. Report showed Esophageal corrosive injury with gastroduodenal erosions. Also treated for electrolyte imbalance and metabolic acidosis during hospitalization. Recovery after corrosive ingestion (Zargar Grade IIA esophageal injury) – diet, nausea, and follow-up advice

My weight is 95 kg and I am 26 years old. I have PCOS and my periods are very irregular, usually coming once every 2–3 months. I also have fatty liver. I feel sleepy most of the time, have low energy, frequent mood swings, and feel very emotional and sensitive. I want to lose weight but I am finding it very difficult. Even when I exercise, I often get body pain and leg pain. I have dark pigmentation on my neck, underarms, and private area, which I think may be related to insulin resistance. Marriage discussions are going on at home, and I am worried that my weight, PCOS, irregular periods, and possible insulin resistance may affect my fertility or cause difficulty in having a baby in the future. I want to reduce my weight from 95 kg to around 60–70 kg within the next 6 months, improve insulin resistance, and make my periods regular. Please guide me regarding diet, exercise, lifestyle changes, tests, and any safe medications that may help.

Hello doctor I am 23 week pregnant with twins and from 19 week my left is deranged Last blood on 5 june Current taking sedogest 450mg thrice a day, cirrosam 400mg twice a day and choltran twice a day.   AST improved: 529 → 263 → 228 ALT improved: 847 → 455 → 391 Bilirubin improved and is now normal Itching improved significantly Albumin slightly improved Bile acids increased: 68 → 89 ALP : 162 → 194 Why is bile acid increasing? Do help plz

I Have Been Experiencing A Pain At My Right Side Stomach It Is Front Or Side Or Back Side Sometimes I Feel Like Its Spreading Ober Time For 4 Months Now Its Away From Navel But Up From Navel Angel And At The End Of Right Rib.
