If one is having difficulty digesting panner causing stomach burning amd acid reflux how to solve that issue permennantly ?

Doctor has prescribed me hp kit for 14 days and then told me to take probiotics and shelcal xt , ganaton total , mirtaz 7.5 , he only told me to take ganaton total on empty stomach for 3 months ...and did not tell me dosage for mirtaz and timing...and for how long do i need to take vitamins and probiotic...and after 3 months do i suddenly stop all these medicines? pls help

Hi , I need some safe sources of protein intake either a tablet or any safe supplement , my protein intake has gone down because of ulcer, please suggest any safe source of protein so that it doesn't cause gas or bloating which is not good for my ulcer

I am a diabetis patient revently i fell n my femur ball broke and i went through hamiarthoplasty on 13/5/26 after discharge i was not able to eat anything n i had nausea n fullness in stomach after that i did ultrasound of whole abdomen n the impression is MILDLY INCREASED ECHOTEXTURE OF PANCREAS and i have stomach ache n vomitting wat should i do n i am not able to eat.

I poop 5-6 times in the morning. 1st time when I go to poop in the morning , I pass out hard stools, and after that I release loose stools. I do suffer from bloating and gas. I don't suffer from pain or blood in my stools. Also suffering from the urge of frequent urination. I feel very tired and lethargic everytime I poop. This is affecting my daily life. Am I suffering from IBS? What is a natural way to deal with this? Thank you.

Respected Doctors, Currently on Mounjaro 7.5 mg for obesity and pre diabetes.The cost is too high to manage, is there any cheaper alternate to Mounjaro. Pls guide. Regards

Can heavy breast causes digestion problem? I am having too much digestion problem.. Consulted with a gastroenterologist..She examined and told me there was no stomach problem..All test reports was ok, still having too much digestion issues..Why is this happening?Can heavy breast be a reason?
