My penis is erected naturally in mornings Little ejaculation happening I am not mastrubating l am getting pain at left side tesicle till some above penis Unable to walk or sit comfortably If I mastrubate i am getting pain relief after somtime Happening daily.Need some help

She has E coli causing UTI as per Urine Culture report dated 26.04.2026. She is now to start Faronem 200 and Alkasol from today. Previously She has been under treatment for Pulmonary congestion and fluid accumulation being medicated with Pulmoclear, Budamate 200 and tiova for sometime back. Right now consultation is required to administer faronem 200 and alkasol on second opinion.

"I’m here because I’ve noticed some skin changes. On the shaft (lower part) of my penis, there are some reddish marks appearing. They aren't painful, itchy, or burning, but they are visible. I had a small (like a size of pen marker dot) and hard slightly discolored (fairer than surrounding skin) bump under the skin  on the base of penis for maybe 2 years, which i ignored, because it was only causing pain when pressed hard but in last three days it has swollen considerably big (bigger than a pea size) and causing quite discomfort and sharp pain. It feels squishy and is sensitive and had a discharge of yellowish white pus followed by transparent fluid few hours ago. After the discharge i took a shower and washed the area and now it has reduced a bit but pain is still there so i took a "Amoxible CX 500 Lb" capsule. What should i do next?

Got recommended Suhagra force 50 tablet for my issue in practo but no relief in pe although good response in ed and performance anxiety. suggest medication for pe along with the existing tablet

For Male, 72 years: On medication: Tomsulosin 0.4 and Mira 25 mg CT whole abdomen report: A well defined ovoid cystic structure seen at the bladder dome at the site of urachal insertion is consistent with a urachal remnant cyst. No abnormal colonic wall thickening is seen to suggest colitis on this study. No diverticulitis is seen. Urinary bladder is well distended and shows diffuse wall thickening which could be due to cystitis or outlet obstruction.  USG whole abdomen report: • Urinary bladder diverticulum with dependent mobile calcific foci within, suggestive of diverticular calculi. • Mild urinary bladder wall thickening. I see 2-3 drops of transparent to whitish sticky fluid from my penis when I have to put pressure for bowel movement and it happens when I stay abstinence for a few days .I don't have any other symptoms .I am 31 ,male.Urine  test and USG are normal .Please suggest.Thsnks in advance!
