Bone & Muscle problems

My uric acid is 10.3 levels. I have taken 3 medicines febuxosta 40mg , zerodol sp, Pan D. The pain is reduced, unlike before where I wasn't able to walk. But the pain hasn't gone till now. I have gone to pure vegetarian diet with eggs on every alternative 2 days. Can anyone say what to do to get rid of the pain completely. ???

I just recently checked my thyroid at Victoria Hospital and got to know about my new thyroid it got increased to 5. I need to consult on how to reduce it as well as other matters.

Around 1 month ago while getting down from stairs i accidentally misses 1 step and fall ,now i am having left hip pain towards boundary of anus from 10 days 1 doctor i visited in person he told its L4 L5 related but i dont have any lower back pain or pain spreading in legs its totally localised in left hip boundary side and i am highly uncomfortable in riding bike there is no problem in walking bending and lying but when i sit on bike or bus seat its problematic. Right now i went 3 physio sessions including cupping,ultraconic waves, vibrational and dry  needle therapy. Medications are acton or,myo-mr,gobedin -300. Pain is still there i need your valuable advice in this concern

From past 5 days i had pain near ankle and toes.. now it's little swollen and tender to touch.. i did not sprain or get injury.. it started with mild pain near ankle and toes.. now it's little swollen and tender to touch from ankle till shrin only in the left leg. please suggest any tests to be done and which specialist has to be consulted for this.. Some symptoms says it's DVT.. i have only pain and swelling and tender to touch on left leg no discolouration of veins

I had a fracture on 1st of April .I was in a fibre cast for 28 days and then I removed it myself due to panic attack.i have attached the xray.my doctor says no need of cast now but I cannot still bear weight.i need a second opinion.pls throw some light on my case.thanks in advance for ur advice.
