I’ve been taking Vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly (3 doses completed) as I found my Vit d level 19.8 ng/ml. My symptoms like body ache, muscle pain , anger have partially improved. Should I add Vitamin K2 (MK-7) to this regimen? Is it necessary for calcium utilization and safety, or can Vitamin D alone be continued?

I have a fibula head fracture six weeks ago and also injury at the knee joint. Now the fracture is likely healed and no pain at the fibula head. But during walking and when putting pressure on the knee joint there is pain at the knee joint specially at the patella region. What can be done?

I did my blood test on 26.04.2026. As per my blood report my Vitamin D (total) is 9.16 ng/ml.Kindly suggest me a medicine. In previous year I consumed D rise 60k capsule once a week for 6 weeks for vitamin d level 13.2

I do MRI in mri say about ligament injury and ACL tear but surgery not affordable so is it necessary to surgery

Hello.. my husband having lower back pain since two months. Earlier doctor said low vitamin d is the reason, so he is injected five injection for the same and some medicines for the pain, also taking vit d3 60k shots since two months. Pain subsides for some time but come back after some time. He is not able to move to other side if lying. Please suggest what to do and whom to concern for the same.
