Meniscus tear and suprapatellar fragment
I fell on street on my knee , I ignored for 10-15 days but swelling don't subside . I opted for MRI it showed :
MRI picture of a partial intraligamentous injury of the anterior cruciate ligament.
Damage to the medial meniscus, Grade III according to Stoller.
Marked synovitis, suprapatellar bursitis.
Contusion changes of the lateral femoral condyle and the patella.
Fissure of the articular cartilage of the patella.
Loose body in the internal recess of the suprapatellar bursa (possibly a fragment of the articular cartilage of the patella?).
Should I go for surgery or no ? (My edema started responding good after taking NSAID etc ) but still persistent a bit , mobility of joint till now is absolutely fine ,rage is good just scared to bend too much, stability is also good, I actually walked for 20days as I ignored problem but MRI made it scary

Pain in Achilles and area below it
I got injured while playing football. The area above my heel, around the Achilles, hurts a lot in both legs. The pain isn’t noticeable when my body is warmed up, but it becomes quite severe once I cool down. It gets so bad that I sometimes struggle to walk properly. The pain is especially intense in the morning when I wake up.

Suffering from severe burning back pain from few days it's around hips...and to small portion of thighs mainly hips sides and back...not allowingme to bend down ...severity more when waking up in morning from Sleep I never got this severe back pain...pls suggest my CBP urine test blood sugar and BP tests are ok only thyroid is bit high....please suggest

Tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis
I had problems of tennis elbow a year back, took medication, it was better but pain comes back once every 2-3 weeks, but most of the time goes without medication. Now since last 1 month I am having pain in heels, which lasts whole day, like plantar fasciitis. In general also I keep getting pain in joints like thumb, wrist etc. Got the RA factor test done, but the reports are normal. Vit D is slightly low, B12 borderline low. No other issue with blood report. What can be done here. I feel in general my tendons are getting weak, any supplements that can help?

Hard bulge after repeated stress
Hi ,
Please see the attached exactly where I place my fingers I had two bulges hard and firm.
No pain mild discomfort from last three months.
This was not there before January this started all of sudden after repeated yoga followed by trekking .
Size remains same from last two months.
As per doctor I did USG which said nothing no abnormalities found.
I can't go for MRI I am doing stretching exercises and taking hot treatment 4 times so u can see my skin become dark as well.
When this is become normal what should I do ??

Hello. I am a 35-year-old male-to-female crossdresser. My height is 5 Feet 6 Inches, weight is 82 Kgs. I have a decent petite figure, but have a naturally broader frame - thicker thighs, broader shoulders, arms, and wide feet (Size 9 India).
