I attach usg report... I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 months (BC 22.,hekla lawa 3x, apply belladona cream on lump and sweet medicine given by Dr ) but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful..

Hi Doct, I am having moderate pain during an intercourse since about 2 years. Initially I had a red patch & swelling under the penis which was treated by a dermatologist and later by a homeopath. I still occasionally get this red swelling under the shaft after I am sexually active. I have done blood tests and semen analysis and there are no infections as such. There is also difficulty in holding on with the elections and it just goes down immediately during an intercourse. I do have a habit of daily masturbation when I am away from family. Can this be the cause of pain or is there any infection which was not diagonised? I am worried as the erection is affected very badly and I am unable to perform during an intercourse.
