I am problem of sleeping from last one year my body becomes weak pls suggest me good medicine for good sleep and for better health.

Worried about penile health as I can feel a hard, flat lump/scar-like plaque under the skin on the side of the shaft. There is mild pain during erections or sex. Erections are slightly softer than before. No recent injury that I recall. No other urinary or sexual issues apart from this. Let me know if you want any tests to be done before consulting. I have been suffering from emotional numbness since last 12years.I am in survival mode since then.also suffer from anxiety.I discovered abt this 2 years back and taken homeopathy medicines since then.but received limited relief.I do not wish to take allopathy.I have wasted a decade in emotional numbness can any homeopath assure quick recovery so I can feel something & live my life.My brain remains stuck in survival mode.

Hello Doctor , I have been suffering from perianal abscess for a month now ...I don't have strong pain but it's little discomfort and mild ache while I sit I consulted both allopathic and ayurveda and they suggested surgery to me..and I lam opting to go for surgery now.. Hence Is there a better treatment at homeopathy for this ?? And how long this would take for me to heal completely Please advise...I have attached MRI reports too
