It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. Even if you opt for surgery, the chances of recurrence are high. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hello, A perianal abscess is usually a surgical condition because once pus has formed, drainage is the recommended treatment to prevent complications like fistula. Since your MRI has confirmed this and surgeons have advised surgery, it would be wise not to delay it. However, homeopathy can play a very useful role in: • Supporting faster post-surgical healing… like we can prevent further it from fistula or fissures • Reducing pain and inflammation • Preventing recurrence tendency • Improving overall immunity and tissue health After your surgical procedure, you may consider consulting for constitutional treatment to reduce future risk and support complete recovery. Wishing you a smooth and quick recovery.

Thank you for explaining your condition clearly. A perianal abscess with MRI showing a small intersphincteric fistula in ano is an important finding, and I appreciate that you are taking it seriously. Let me explain this in a balanced and honest way. A fistula in ano usually develops when a previous abscess forms a small tract between the anal canal and the skin. Once that tract is established, medicines alone — whether allopathy, Ayurveda, or homeopathy — may not always close it completely, especially if the tract is well-formed. In early or very small fistulas, conservative treatment can sometimes reduce inflammation, discharge, and discomfort. However, structurally formed tracts often require surgical intervention to eliminate the pathway fully. Since: • MRI confirms an intersphincteric fistula • Symptoms are mild but persistent • It has been present for a month Surgery is commonly advised because it provides definitive tract removal and prevents recurrence or repeated abscess formation. Now regarding homeopathy: Homeopathy can be useful in: • Early abscess stage before tract formation • Reducing inflammation • Preventing recurrence after surgery • Improving wound healing • Supporting immune response • Reducing tendency to form new fistulas But if the tract is clearly defined on MRI, expecting complete closure without any surgical management may not always be realistic. I always prefer to be transparent rather than give false hope. What I often recommend in such cases: If surgery is planned: • Undergo it under a good colorectal surgeon • Start constitutional homeopathic treatment post-surgery • Focus on wound healing and recurrence prevention If you wish to attempt conservative management first: • It must be closely monitored • Regular follow-up required • If discharge, pain, or swelling increases, surgery should not be delayed Healing time: • After proper surgery, recovery usually takes a few weeks depending on the technique. • With homeopathic support, healing can be smoother and recurrence chances may reduce. • Without surgery, small fistulas may persist for months or become recurrent. Important: A fistula should not be ignored long term because chronic infection can lead to repeated abscesses. A perianal abscess is a painful, pus-filled infection located near the anus, usually caused by a blocked anal gland. Common symptoms include intense, throbbing pain (worse with sitting/defecation), swelling, redness, and fever A homoeopathic treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for personalised treatment Or click on the calling option over my profile on Practo

Thank you for sharing your MRI report. Your scan shows a small intersphincteric fistula-in-ano. In such cases, surgery is the standard and most definitive treatment, especially when a tract has already formed. However, homeopathy can help in selected cases by: • Reducing inflammation and discharge • Preventing recurrent abscess formation • Supporting healing and immunity The suitability of non-surgical management depends on symptoms like pain, discharge, duration, and your overall constitution. I would suggest a detailed consultation so I can assess your complete case history before advising whether conservative homeopathic treatment can be attempted or if surgical intervention would be more appropriate in your case. Hello. You have developed an abscess with pus formation that need drainage. I would advise you to get the surgery done for draining because no medication either allopathy or homoeopathy can help you alone. Surgery is needed at this point. Further management of symptoms can be done with homoeopathy also it can be pr3vented from reoccurance.
