Perianal abcess with antibiotics
I had small perianal abcess two times once in jan and once in Feb ,both time it cleared with just antibiotics within 3-4 days ,and now I don't have any issues since 10 months.did it not turn into a fistula,i didn't have any drainage done on my abcess it drained on its own both times ?

Some abcess does not come back but if still have more infection which does not resolved or even having history may return.

No, if abcess is treated and cured, will never progress to FISTULA.
Untreated cases will only progress to FISTULA. If your have fistula, it will never remain assymptomatic.
