Surgical drainage is not required in all abscess , it depends on size and pus . As of now you don’t have any symptoms so don’t worry.

Since u don’t have any issue now so u don’t have to worry about it If it re-appears then there are very effective medicines in Homoeopathy for peri anal abscess . Then u can consult with me or any other consulting Homeopathic physician(BHMS) Recommendation:** • Watchful Waiting: Since you are currently asymptomatic, no surgical intervention is needed now. • Be Vigilant: If you ever feel that familiar perianal pain or fullness again, do not rely solely on antibiotics .Recurrent abscesses are the hallmark of a fistula.

This is a very common concern, and your question is valid. Small perianal abscesses in the early stage can sometimes resolve with antibiotics, especially if they are superficial, mild, and treated promptly. Since your abscesses in January and February healed with antibiotics and you have no symptoms now, they were likely early or minor infections. However, it is important to understand that antibiotics do not always address the root cause. When abscesses recur or form a deeper pus pocket, surgical drainage may be required, and there is also a risk of developing a perianal fistula if the tendency is not addressed. As you have had two abscess episodes within a short time, it is advisable to: Identify the underlying cause (constipation, fissures, gut issues, immunity, hormonal factors, etc.) Prevent recurrence rather than waiting for another episode Homeopathic treatment is very useful in such cases, especially when: Abscesses are recurrent You want to avoid repeated antibiotics or surgery The goal is long-term prevention by improving immunity and healing tendency A proper consultation helps assess whether there is any residual infection or recurrence risk and guides preventive care. You may consider a consultation for personalized evaluation and long-term management, so future episodes can be avoided safely. you can check the google reviews and our facebook and instagram testimonials. Hai, Perianal abcess  is painful, pus-filled lump near the anus, usually from a blocked anal gland, causing redness, swelling, tenderness, and throbbing pain. Usually first prescribe antibiotics to cure abscess. If its not cured, then will go for surgical drianage. In your case, if its treated fully will antibiotics then no need to think about surgical drainage. Even if the abscess is cured with antibiotics or surgical drainage, recurrency will occur. To prevent recurrency Homoeopathy is best.

Small abscess can resolve with medicines only. But there is a chance that recurrent perianal abscess can transform into a fistula. I suggest take proper care and treatment.
