Bent Organ - Need Advice
Worried about penile health as I can feel a hard, flat lump/scar-like plaque under the skin on the side of the shaft.
There is mild pain during erections or sex.
Erections are slightly softer than before.
No recent injury that I recall.
No other urinary or sexual issues apart from this.

Its Peyronie's disease. Injury to the shaft of penis leads to scarring and it cause bending of penis. Its confirmatory diagnosis is via penile doppler scan but invasive only. The bend greater than 30 degree is confirmed Peyronie's disease.
