I only sleep 3 to 4 hours from past 2 months .I used to  do rotational shifts earlier but I was completely fine as I was getting 7 to 8 hours sleep but suddenly no sleep , my body is tired but my mind is alert

I had taken gas tablet DSR yesterday morning.but due to severe gas by mistakenly i had taken it a night also...is there any problem as by mistakenly i took it?

I feel very tired and sleepy though I sleep 7 hours. Full day I feel fatigue . My ferritin is 10.2 , hameoglobin is 11.7, iron is 57. Have a 23 day cycle . Mild body pain

Actually by mistake I overdosed dilo dx syrup which was meant to be take 7.5 ml at once but hy mistake I took 15 ml. It contain 4mg of chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromorphan bromide 10mg.

I am 49 years old. Everyone in my family had a viral fever, and I think I caught it from them. However, I feel feverish internally, but my body temperature does not seem high from the outside. The soles of my feet remain warm, and I have persistent body aches. I have been taking paracetamol twice a day for the last four days, but I am not getting any relief. I have been facing a low libido issue since the start of hsing Nexito 5MG for my anxiety issue, before start of the medicine my libido was really good. Now that i am continuing the same medication, libido issue is still there. Can i regain the libido issue once the medication is stopped or it is permanently lost for me. Please help me i am really disturbed after this.

Hello Doctor, Since Friday, after around 12 noon, whenever I eat or drink something, I experience mild abdominal pain along with diarrhea. Since 8 June, I have been eating only boiled food and have avoided fried and spicy foods. Current medicines: Bio D3 XT, Folinz, Evaquest Softgel, Ursetor 450. I have started consuming these medicines from Friday.

I had taken TT vaccine doses according to the schedule on 11/08/2025, 05/11/2025, and 13/03/2026. I did not know that the proper time gaps should be maintained according to the 0, 1 month, and 6 months schedule. Instead, I followed gaps of approximately 0, 3 months, and 4 months. Now my question is: How would this affect my antibody titre level? How long is the protection likely to last? Also, if I get cut by a metal object now and every day lifestyle, should I take another TT dose, or can I avoid taking TT for the next 1–2 years? (I do not remember whether I completed the full TT vaccination course during childhood.)

I got two boosters dose of anti-rabies vaccine in Feb. 2026. Approx 4 months before. 2 days before at around 7:30 pm I saw a couple of bats flying above me and then 2-3 mins later I felt something touch/hit my head but when I looked back nothing was there. Should I get boosters again? I got two doses in Sep 2025 as well and 4 doses before that. Since my feb boosters were 4 months ago, do I need boosters? My rabies vaccination history is quite intensive as I also have a dog and it bit me twice. I have included it below: 4 doses in 2023 1-2 booster in 2024 Then 4 doses in 2025 2 boosters in sep 2025 and 2 boosters in Feb 2026. For the recent exposure do I need boosters?
