Sir i had dry cough and whézing for 2weeks i take homeopathy medicine but it not working and i go to hospital yesterdy they put injection and gives medicine now also am not feeling well is there any problem

I want to ask I have internal piles issue ,the main issue of bleeding is tip of stool is little hard. Although I have relief from constihenz3 but I want some syrup which can make stool liquidy and also can be taken for long term Please suggest something as it is internal piles grade 1
