Hi, I had an elevated total bilirubin little so my G.P suggested golbi 300 for 3 months with my thyronorm first thing in the morning. I m on thyronorm for a long time n recently my dose was adjusted but never had any issue but ever since i m taking golbi I m severely constipated, i m taking ishabgol daily since golbi but one day i forget no stool or i have to strain. I was never constipated before , even for a small size I have to strain. Please help I dont want to rely on laxatives.

Hello Doctor, I visited two doctors one doctor said it's anal fungal infection and another on said it's CHRONIC FISSUIRE WITH INTERNAL HAEMORRHOIDS I am 19 years old. For about 1 year, I have been having pain in the anal area, especially during bowel movements and sometimes while passing gas. The pain usually lasts for a short time after passing stool. I have also had itching around the area at times.i am not understanding what to do doctor given me candid cream and said don't wear clothes that causes mositure sweat in that area what should I doo If I go here to doctors they directly says surgery for money and does fake diagonis I am medial class don't know what to do please help me I would like to know whether this could be an anal fissure or another condition please tell

Hi Dr., from 3 days I'm having law jaw and left arm pain off and on,not severely but  paining noticable... I m dealing with anxiety since 1 month. previous CBC, TSH, and chest X-ray are normal. 12days back my ECG was normal too... but I had no arm pain that time.... Today went to the hospital to do an ECG again for this arm pain and jaw side pain... Can you please check if this new ECG is normal? I'm also having cold sneezing for few days.

Hi I recently did my medical. My HsCRP was very high 13(thirteen) I am shocked to the core and want to know if there is something wrong with my heart. My hb1ac was 6, fasting blood sugar was 96. Total cholesterol 217, triglycerides 160, HDL 40 BP was 135 95 pulse at 95 I have PCOS and have been diagnosed with kidney stone last week. Also have fatty liver. Can someone pls help? Also I had tonsils when the test was done not sure if that could have been the reason.

In Her previous test 8week  ago fasting 95 Pp 119 Hba1c 6.5 Then planed for pregnancy Now pregnent 6 weeks Now Fasting 101 Pp 148 Hba1c 5.6 She takes metformin 1g BD And follow diet plan ... 1 day before same meal taken reading was 103 on accu check machine.. Iam so confused.. Help
