My CRP, chest X-ray, and complete blood count results are all normal,antibiotics can't protect it .what are the probable reasons ...., "How can I protect myself from getting fevers more often

He has chronic gut symptoms: bloating, acidity, loose motions sometimes, urgency/frequency of stools. Please advise: 1. Are these fluctuating platelet counts concerning? 2.
