Sir I am suffering from leg pains ,numbness and toes pain and memory issues. My doctor referred a blood test done. Vitamin D3 -18 ng/ml Vitamin B12-213.1 pg/ml My doctor prescribed D3 shots weekly once of 4 bottle set. And Neurobion forte tablets daily one at night for 30 days. Please help me sir

5 years ago, I had a very depressive period and just after that symptoms started 1) sensitivity to loud noises 2) sensitivity in gums 3) eye flashes ( I am high myopic but retina is normal) I see them for few seconds in edges of eyes they move in circular motion) when I sneeze or pee etc randomly. 4) i got a episode of zigzag line in my eyes for minutes. No other symptoms. That started when I was so stressed . After that zigzag line appeared 5) after having my wisdom tooth removed due to infection I started hearing tinnitus in my left ear in silence. I hear in right too but only when I move jaw forward. 6) my brain mri retina ent blood test are normal. 7) my back neck pain and shoulder pain too. Have two kids overall no one can think I have any health issues by seeing me. 8) I get pain in my jaw sometimes that connect with behind ear and in the side of forehead. I felt relief when I press some spot in my cheecks and jaw and shoulder.

My GP gave me Golbi 300 for my elevated bilirubin and i was already on thyronorm but ever since i started Golbi I got constipated and gassy, i took ishabgol but the night i forget no movement next day even when I strain. I eat normal meal with good fiber intake, when I asked him about this he upped the Golbi dose to twice daily and livoluk twice. He said it wasnt enough before. Do I really need it?

I got vitamin b12 151 and d 22.56  during normal health tests. Also my tsh came around 8.565 I already started taking mecobalamin 1500 mcg daily and d3 60000IU weekly. Is it a matter of concern.

Hi I noticed light red urine not seemingly coz of blood  urine today. My water intake is 3ltra approx. I have been having beet juice since last 2 days in morning My prolactin was quite high 148 and doctor advised to get retest done which I'll be doing this weekend. Also I am suffering from kidney stone which if of 6mm size Are all these issues related. Not sure what is happening to me lately. Can someone help with a way forward.

Hi, my GP prescribed me Golbi 300 once ever since then i m severely constipated I m also on thyronorm but never had this issue. I took ishabgol too but incase i forget i get no movement the next day. So, he said golbi once isnt sufficient he upped the dose to twice daily and added livoluk but my reports werent that bad. I never had any issue before, i eat clean balanced diet with good amount of veggies and protein. I m attaching my report. I dont know what else to do, i used to poop everyday now i have to strain yet i feel full.

Hi Since last 6 months I have been having blood in stool and also abdominal cramp that comes and goes Have done this test and the result is there Could somebody please tell me whether I have IBD or its just piles and my anixety and ibs

Two months ago, my blood tests showed severe deficiencies: Vitamin D was 5 ng/mL and Vitamin B12 was 101 pg/mL. I was treated with an Arachitol 6L vitamin D injection, followed by a 60,000 IU vitamin D capsule three days later. After taking the capsule, I experienced sudden dizziness and unsteadiness, which caused me to fall, although I did not lose consciousness. Since then, I have been taking 1,000 IU of vitamin D daily. My recent blood tests show that my Vitamin D has improved to 20 ng/mL and my Vitamin B12 is now 946 pg/mL. Most of my deficiency-related symptoms have resolved, but the dizziness and feeling of unsteadiness that started after that episode have persisted and have not completely gone away. I would like to know what could be causing these ongoing symptoms and what further evaluation or treatment might be needed. Thank you

Dear doctor I have been diagnosed with Widal 1:60 positive and platelets low only 64 k And liver disturbed as well... Fever is from last  10 days and I have been taken zifi cv 200 for 5 days and ceftum 500 BD for 4 days but fever was coming continuously Now my doctor advised me Tab septran ds BD Tab zady 500 MG BD Syp ulgel 10ml TDS Omez insta sachet CALPOL 500 MG sos And done  blood culture and sensitivity report Report will come after 4 days I want to know that septran ds and Azithromycin is a heavy drug My kidney is healthy Is septran ds given safe for kidney Or will create any problem in kidney???

Dr my penis foreskin retraction is not much as much smooth as that are seen on internet for cleaning under penis foreskin. As my foreskin retraction not able to expose my corona of penis for proper cleaning. Is it necessary to retract till there and clean it. What should i do ?
