Vitamin. D 28
Is 28 vitamin d considered low for 26 year old male?
I've got these weird symptoms like I feel tired. I'm not able to do much activity sometimes, and my body also pains at different points. Had some investigations done all good, but vitamins were missed. - B12 is around 400 and D is around 28
Report says that it is low normal, but I want to know, practically if these values are responsible for my symptoms- no thyroid, uric acid, lft, cbc, sugar all ok

Cough(suptum)
Sir, I had malaria (P. vivax) in September. After completing the treatment, I was tested again, and the results showed that the malaria was negative and my RBC count was normal.
However, I continued to experience significant dizziness and a sensation of internal body vibrations, similar to shivering. Around November, I also developed a persistent cough.
I became concerned and consulted a doctor. A chest X-ray was done, and it came back normal. The doctor suspected sinusitis and prescribed medications including levocetirizine, antibiotics, and a nasal spray. I took them for about 15 days, and the cough improved somewhat but did not completely go away, so I eventually stopped the medications.
Now it has been about 7–8 months, and I still produce mucus/phlegm regularly. I spit out mucus around 15–30 times a day. I often feel that the mucus is draining from my nose into my throat and then into my mouth.
Yesterday, I noticed blood in my sputum/phlegm, including a small clot-like structure

Lower abdominal pain
I am a 30-year-old woman who has recently noticed changes in my bowel habits. I experience loose stools approximately once every two weeks and often feel the need to have a bowel movement shortly after eating. I do not have any blood in my stool, but I do experience intermittent lower abdominal pain. Last year, I had this pain (feels like menstrual cramping) on two occasions and underwent two abdominal ultrasounds, both of which were normal. However, this year the symptoms have returned, and I am now experiencing a persistent dull ache in my lower abdomen and lower back. Could these symptoms be suggestive of a gastrointestinal cancer? Should I undergo evaluation for colon cancer?
