Chest heaviness triggered by emotional stress in someone already under psychiatric care is often anxiety-related, but cardiac causes must always be formally ruled out with a proper in-person ECG review.

ECG looks fairly normal however other routine tests should also be done . Also please elaborate on the gastric and psychiatric medications you are taking . May need modifications.
