Pls tell me whom to refer for IBS related to psychiatric or gastroenterologist I m very confused I have consulted both but my problem is not always still I m finding specialists to cure this issue should I go to psychiatrist or gastroenterologist ??

Mild, intermittent pain on the right side of the abdomen persisting for 7 days. ​Pain Characteristics: The pain comes and goes quickly. It is poorly localized, shifting between the right upper quadrant, right lower quadrant, and the area in between. The intensity is stable—it is not worsening, but it is also not resolving.

I feel exhausted and tired everytime even after full sleep and I feel losing interest in everything. I frequently find myself overthinking and panicking over small situations. I have started avoiding people and running away from situations. I'm not able to focus on anything and always feel like just laying on the bed. I don't find motivation anywhere. There was puss which came out itself but again there is some more puss formed in its surroundings and there is a Swelling in the feet. I consultant the doctor he prescribed me infection tablet with pain killer . I took for 3 days and there is no change. I visited again he told to complete the course... The tablet name is combiclick Sp 50 and Adifixin O.. no cream was prescribed.. pls suggest

Hi i am under extreme stress and have been on anxiety pills since 5 months but I'm having extreme weight loss and reduced appetite so confused and worried about my health

Since 2023, I have been experiencing episodes that start suddenly with blurred vision. After a few minutes, I develop a headache, usually around the temples, and the severity of the headache seems related to how long the blurred vision lasts. Sometimes I also experience nausea, goosebumps, fatigue, and a feeling that I might feel better if I vomit, although I do not always vomit. These episodes initially occurred about once every 3 months, then once a month, and recently every 2–3 weeks. In the last 2 days, I have had back-to-back episodes. Sometimes deep breathing or drinking water seems to help, but I am not sure. My blood sugar is normal, my general blood tests 3 months ago were normal, and an MRI brain scan done in early 2023 was also normal.
