Itching, Inflamable and Swelling in Right Hand Palm and back of palm with fingers. This happened after wokeup in the morning. When sleep in the yesterday night than all was ok. Combiflam one tablet taken already after dinner now. Need your valuable advice on this.

Hello Senior Doctor, I have been experiencing persistent anxiety, excessive sweating, palpitations, and a resting pulse rate frequently above 100 bpm. My investigations show normal thyroid function (TSH 1.75 mIU/L, T3 and T4 within normal limits), normal hemoglobin (13.4 g/dL), and normal kidney function, thereby ruling out thyroid disorder, anemia, and chronic kidney disease as major causes. I have unprotected anal sex on 10th September 2024 . Painless black spots inside cheeks and cuts on tounge and sides of lips . Usually have constipation. I also smoke. Cannot eat spicy food or hot food as there is burning sensation on tounge due to cuts.

I can't tolerate any compression in my chest and abdomen..For that reason I can't wear belt, any fitted dress or bra..When I wear any of these I suffocate heavily and get digestion problem..Is there any treatment available to cure this?
