Your symptoms of joint pain, swelling, burning sensation, and warmth in multiple joints — appearing after a prolonged viral fever — strongly suggest post-viral reactive arthritis, where the body's immune response to the infection causes joint inflammation. Your reports show mildly elevated CRP indicating active inflammation, a borderline RA factor, and the negative ACCP makes typical rheumatoid arthritis less likely at this stage. Your hemoglobin is also low at 10.8 and vitamin D is mildly deficient, both of which need attention as they can worsen joint and muscle discomfort.
Next Steps
Please see a doctor in person urgently for a full examination — additional tests and treatment may be needed to control inflammation and prevent joint damage. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
