Your mother's Vitamin D level of 18.30 ng/mL clearly indicates deficiency — the normal range is 30 to 100 ng/mL. This is very common, especially in women and older adults who have limited sun exposure. Vitamin D deficiency can cause bone weakness, muscle pain, fatigue, and has effects on immunity. The specific supplement dose and duration need to be decided by a doctor after considering her age, weight, any existing health conditions, and other medications — self-prescribing commonly leads to under-treatment and the deficiency doesn't get corrected adequately.
Next Steps
Please see a physician for a proper prescription for Vitamin D supplementation. Alongside, ensure some morning sunlight daily and include calcium-rich foods in the diet. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Tab cholecalciferol 60,000 units once a week for 6 weeks, then once a month. She should take more of fortified cereals,  almonds,  soya, milk and milk products,  mushrooms, eggs. Being in early morning sun for about an hour would be beneficial.

Vitamin D of 18.30 ng/mL is in the deficient range (normal is above 30). This needs to be corrected with a proper supplementation course. I would recommend Tab Uprise-D3 60,000 IU, twice a week for 4 weeks — taken after a meal for better absorption.
Next Steps
After completing the 4-week course, recheck Vitamin D levels. Dosage beyond this should only be continued under a doctor’s guidance based on the repeat report. Also check Calcium and PTH levels if not done already.
Health Tips
Vitamin D deficiency at this age in women is very common but often silently affects bone strength, energy, and immunity. Don’t self-medicate beyond this initial course. For a personalised plan based on her complete health picture — including diet, sun exposure, and any other symptoms — feel free to consult me online. I’m available for a detailed consultation.
