Hi, Your reports show mild deficiencies in iron, B12 and vitamin D, which are common and treatable. A short course of supplements with food can help, along with iron rich foods. Please share the full details in a consultation for proper dosing. Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Your reports show multiple deficiencies — Haemoglobin 11.8 (mild anaemia), B12 183 (low), Vitamin D 24.8 (deficient), and Calcium 5 (low). These deficiencies are interconnected and all need to be treated together rather than one at a time. Low calcium and Vit D together affect bone health significantly, while low B12 and Hb cause fatigue, weakness, and nerve-related symptoms. The good news is all of these are very correctable with the right supplementation.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — I can prescribe the right supplements in the right doses and sequence based on your full report.

Why you are thinking that you have Iron deficiency, have you done your Iron Profile? Are you a vegetarian or non vegetarian..? How is your menses..? Do you have history of thyroid related disorder in the past..? To find the root cause of all this, you need a proper clinical history, consult a MD MEDICINE doctor for full clinical history. You can consult me if you have any doubt, because you can take the supplements but when you leave them, you ll again become deficient, so first find the root cause.
