Hi, My grandmother is sick from almost a month,she is taking medication for heart condition (CAD) since almost 4-5 years, medicines like lanoxin 0.5,sacurise 50,dytor 5(was taking dytor plus before CKD diagnosis few days back),rovor 10.her full body test was done and creatinine was at 1.3-1.4,USG wa was also done which confirmed CKD,uacr was also done,I could not show uacr report to doctor,how serious do you think her condition is and will she be fine,she is having weakness a lot,although she is showing very little improvement,we also consulted neurologist 2-3 weeks back as she was having dizziness and difficulty walking so he prescribed few medication like one ssri,divaa od,vertin dt 16,ct brain was done but nothing major was there as per doc,he said it's migraine.For CKD she is taking lobun fort,nodosis gst 500,febugit 40.what kind of diet should she take and how is the chance of her normal life?

My 2 years old son got gross hydronephrosis, dtpa scan report srf is left 15 and right 85 . recently he went a laproscopy pyeloplasty surgery (15-5-26), and left pcn , After this surgery his renal function will be normal or not .gross hydronephrosis from 10 months (August 2025). And he is prenatally had left hydronephrosis,when he was  8 months old USG scan shows very mild hydronephrosis,so we didn't follow up. Please anyone can reply me

My age 38 but recently heavy urine and burning.i have doctor visit Doctor sujjest blood test. Cbc .TSH . creatinine.fbs.ppbs.urine re/cs Report is Cbc-normal TSH -normal CREATININE -0.7 Fbs-86 Pp-120 Urine RE -normal Cs -normal But foamy urine.please help me thank you.

My mom recently got flank pain and fever ..after 2 days her fever goes high with back pain and vomiting and shaking chills during night..so next day I took her to hospital..doctor confirmed it was kidney infection and prescribed antibiotics and we admitted in hospital for 3 days and underwent antibiotic treatment and returned to home..and asked to continue antibiotics treatment and in 2nd day at home the fever again reached to 100f..kindly suggest why it is like this..with daily dull pain in kidney..

My father is 62 years old he has liver disease but controlled since 5 years . Now yesterday we went for a KFT . His creatinine level is 1.85 . What should we do normal levels are 1.25 . I am attaching the test reports

I am diabetic since 1 year but sugars were in good control. 6 weeks back delivered baby via c-section after catheter removal onwards seeing persistent foamy urine despite hydration. KFT is good but uacr 28mg/g upcr 0.21 there trace albumin in cue. should i be worried. is it some kidney disease?

Hi, I am IGA Nephropathy Stage 5, my creatinine levels have been fluctuating and recently have been going down from 8 to 6.5, since last 10 days I have been on low to zero salt, I have been taking Allopathic, ayurvedic and homeopathic all medicines yet my creatinine elevated to 7.07. I am confused as to what should I do, simply focus on allopathic or what. I have lost weight with complete diet control.

What should be done if the GFR is 71 ? Should we go for any consultation? Can it be improved ? What can be done ?

29 M, have enlarged tonsils ever since puberty. Have few more medical issues. 1. IgA Nephropathy 2. Sleep apnea 3. Nose slightly bent post surgery after an accident in childhood resulting in narrow nasal cavity in left side. Breathing slightly impacted. All this results in chronic irritation at the back of the throat which causes frequent bouts of coughing regularly in daily life. Phelgm persists irrespective of season. In 2023 patient was admitted to hospital because he lost consciousness. He has been having blood in urine, also brown colour urine which lead doctors to examine his kidney. Biopsy was done then they found mild scarring on kidney and discovered IgA Nephropathy. Since then he had no symptoms related to kidney. Urine is normal, no blackouts and overall fit except for tonsillitis and swallowing issues. Whenever he swallows there is irritation at back of throat leading to coughing daily. What should be the next step? And how can these persistent symptoms cured?
