My son got left gross hydronephrosis
My 2 years old son got gross hydronephrosis, dtpa scan report srf is left 15 and right 85 . recently he went a laproscopy pyeloplasty surgery (15-5-26), and left pcn ,
After this surgery his renal function will be normal or not .gross hydronephrosis from 10 months (August 2025). And he is prenatally had left hydronephrosis,when he was 8 months old USG scan shows very mild hydronephrosis,so we didn't follow up.
