Test report attached is this normal or any other test to be done tiredness recurrent uti fungus and weakness and sleep issues ON AND OFF SLEEP PATTERN

My ast/alt ratio is 1.5 now and last year it was 1.8 . I don't consume alcohol. So what does this value means ?

Is this creatine level high, done this routine test. I am on sartel AM for 1 year, BP remains normal less than 120/70.

I have diaganosed with ulcer and i take ppi for 2 week and doctor advised to take the medicine for 2 1/2 months. My question is if i take this for this much duration any kidney injury may happen

I have peptic ulcer disease i am going to take ayurvedic medicinesand my question is ayurvedic medicines cause any kidney damage? If it happen it can be reversed to normal

I did Utica acid test on feb 26 and value is 7.4 and repeated today. Value is 7.39. Creatinine is normal 1.07. Do I Med's to take any medications or can I control through diet. I am vegetarian and taking only egg. Stopped eating tomato, cabbage and mushrooms. Very limited intake on these vegetables. Please suggest

My aunt is a case of Ca endometrium with total hysterectomy in 2014 , post chemotherapy underwent surgery for reccurent pelvic mass . Underwent 28 nos of radiation therapy in pelvic area post operation in May 2025. Now she is having excessive weakness since past few months, being tested shows Hb too low (3 unit) Creatinine-12.3 unit, Urea-366 unit. With no significant mass formed in pelvic area . After doctor consultation underwent 2 units of PRBC transfusion with Dialysis. Post dialysis her reports are Hb-8 unit , Creatinine-5.77 and Urea-160 unit. What is her prognosis and whats should be our next course of action?

I have pin point ulcers in my stomach and doctor prescribed ppi tablets 3 times daily. I duration was about 2 months. And my question is while i taking this medication for 2-21/2 months my kidney get injured because of taking ppi for this duration?

5 years ago, my Serum creatinine- 1.13 mg/dl (out of 1.20),  urea-22, BUN-8, UACR-1 MG/G Today my result is almost the same. Creatinine 1.15(out of 1.20),  Urea-19, BUN-9, chloride -101 meq/l, bicarbonate 26 meq/l. UACR-1MG/G.. haemoglobin- 14.8 gm/dl. What does it indicate? I am 5'11, weight-81kg.

I have been continuously doing health check ups for the last 8 yrs , I am a pure vegetarian, always my urea and BUN remains lower , what could be reason , is it harmful
