My father has Chf and ckd with creatinine of 1.6 He is prescribed Nefrosave for 15 days. My question is does it cause runny nose and water eyes with sneezing..my father developed this after have 2 doses of Nefrosave.

Since last 1-2 years experienced an elevated Uric acid in Quarterly  medical Reports and some times elevated Spikes (Swollen foot Toe) happens once in a 2-3 months. What is the plan of action? I take Fabuxostate 40 during emergency spikes (2 Tablets a Day only during heavy spike) and Chandraprabha Vati for daily consumption.

I have been noticing foamy urine for last 2 months . Urine bubbles disappears in 5 min. My renal function test reports are normal. Blood creatinine is  0.85 and eGFr score is 113 which area normal. ACR report is absolutely normal. No microalbuminuria. USG abdomen is almost normal except 4 mm renal stone in right kidney. No sign of edema or fatigue however every time I pass urine it is foamy in nature. My blood sugar level is ok.

My father was having ckd from last 10 years , recently from one month back his dialysis started , but now facing issue with neck cathether place as it causing low blood flow issue , so dr checked for av fistula but vein are not good enough so is it possible to create AV graft even vein are weak instead of permacath for dialysis as he is having some issue with proceeding with permacath procedure

Hello, I have flank pain, and lower back pain on both sides for 1 year now. I consulted a doctor last year July 2025. I did ultrasound abdomen and pelvis - report is normal for all organs including kidney but fatty liver grade 1. I have high uric acid 9.9 for last 1 year. Now for last 2-3 months I'm having too much of foamy urine. I did few tests. Creatinine 1.07, egfr 96, uric acid 9.6, and I have vitamin d and b12 deficiency. I have hypertension and osa for 2 years now and on medication for bp. I also did protein creatinine ratio twice with different labs and the results are 0.04 and 0.11. I want rule out my problem. Is this kidney related - flank pain and foamy urine? I don't have diabetes - my hba1c 5.4.

"A thin walled anechoic para pelvic cyst messuring approx 8*7mm in rt kidny " - in usg report noted in right kidny Plz tell me what should i do now ...

Is serum cystinin c level flactuation normal(with in their  reference range.)..like 0.78,0.89,0.87,0.86.. Or it very constant

My age is 31 years, weight 43 kgs, male, since childhood I have been suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome. 1 year ago severe vomiting and diarrhoea and complete stop of urine, then 4 dialysis given and urine becomes normal and after 20  days creatinine becomes 0.87. So, what test do I need routinely?? ( no diabetes, no hypertension) but irritable bowel syndrome, allergic rhinitis, Over active bladder with leakage, scalp psoriasis, motion sickness since childhood.

I had a kidney stone operation a year ago at Fortis Hospital but I am still having pain, got a sonography done but nothing is visible, I also have liver cirrhosis, please advise me.

My father is now diagnostic with CKD his pottasium lvl was increased 8 but after dialysis now it becomes normal and cretanine lvl was 7 after dialysis 6 Can this conditions is manageble by medecine only or we need to go through dialysis process if yes then how often Is this can be cured with homeopathic or Ayurvedic medecines
