Uric Acid elevates
Since last 1-2 years experienced an elevated Uric acid in Quarterly  medical Reports and some times elevated Spikes (Swollen foot Toe) happens once in a 2-3 months. What is the plan of action? I take Fabuxostate 40 during emergency spikes (2 Tablets a Day only during heavy spike) and Chandraprabha Vati for daily consumption.

If it’s documented gout then you need to be on februxostat daily and there are some other medications which can be tried But they are prescription drugs and have to be prescribed by a nephrologist
