My father was having ckd from last 10 years , recently from one month back his dialysis started , but now facing issue with neck cathether place as it causing low blood flow issue , so dr checked for av fistula but vein are not good enough so is it possible to create AV graft even vein are weak instead of permacath for dialysis as he is having some issue with proceeding with permacath procedure

Quickly chnage to perma catheter
