Acute renal failure
My age is 31 years, weight 43 kgs, male, since childhood I have been suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome. 1 year ago severe vomiting and diarrhoea and complete stop of urine, then 4 dialysis given and urine becomes normal and after 20  days creatinine becomes 0.87. So, what test do I need routinely?? ( no diabetes, no hypertension) but irritable bowel syndrome, allergic rhinitis, Over active bladder with leakage, scalp psoriasis, motion sickness since childhood.

Just do serum creatinine and urine protein  creatinine ratio  6- 12 yearly And do not neglect if u have periorbital puffiness or leg swelling

Get renal function tests Complete urine examination every year Please do not neglect any signs of urine infection like lower abdomen pain and burning sensation in urine. This is more likely due to leakage in your case.
