My father age is 53 he is currently diagnosis with CKD the dr said that soon we will start the dialysis process 2 time a week his 60 percent kidneys is not working filtering properly damage by diabetes My questions is this kya dialysis 2 baar hafte me hona hi hai ya isko 15 days bhi kar skte hai adjust He is still pass urine 2 litrs per day His creatine 6.9 4-5 dialysis ho chuka hai pichle dialysis ke baad 5.6 tha ab dialysis hoye 14 fin ho gaye hai aur ab test karane pa 6.9 aaya hai 14 din baad urea 120 i want to know is he recovered from this or kya hum dialysis frequency 2 baar se hafte me 1 baar kar skte hai kya ?

I got severe diarrhoea and vomiting 1 year ago and for this reason my urine stopped completely and for this reason 4 hemodialysis was given then urine started normally and complete recovery took 1 month. Another problem since my childhood is nausea and vomiting whenever I ride car and bus, no medicine works in this problem. Now, my question is can I ride bus and car now ,  as riding car or bus vomiting starts  and again my kidney fail then I shall go to permanent dialysis , this fear is always going in mind???

During urine examination we noticed that loss of protein through urine upto 30mg/dl . I have type 2 diabetes recently attacked. My hba1c is 8.6 on last day . Can u suggest anything about it may be it is a kidney related issue or not.

I m taking corticosteroid since 24 days for cochlear dysfunction..its 28 days course.. defcon 6 mg tablet           2-2-2 tablet 3 times a day for first 7 days then 1-1-1 tablet 3 times a day for next 7 days then 1-0-1 tablet 2 times a day for next 7 days then 0-0-1 tablet once in a day for next 7 days so its quit heavy dose so now i want to do my urine acr test bcz my routine urine checkup found protein trace it happened 2-3 times in past so how long should i wait to do the test means how many days after finishing steroid course bcz i heard that it will pass more albumin in urin so u will not get perfect result and also for this much of days how much water should i drink for perfect result bcz my weight is 35 kg and also which time of  urine should i give?? also what about nasal corticosteroid sprays i m taking it for my allergic rhinitis should i stop it for this much of days ? will it also affect?

Hello i am attaching my LFT AND KFT reports. I have fatty liver because i am overweight. My gym trainer told me to take 'supradyn' daily.. so is it safe for me?? Or should i take once or twice in a week? Please tell. Thanks.

I have water attention and edema in the lower limb, currently on steroids and CNI. Diuretics have no effect on my body. Already taking low sodium diet, but no help in reducing water retention. Need weight management suggestion..

My father had congestive heart failure from 2020 may , he done bypass surgery in 2019 september, his creatnine levels are low till 2024 , highest value in 2024 is 1.9.in 2025 august his creatnine level was 2.04 and he had some fast breathing issues in late November and December , december he was admitted in hospital , and they said fluid overload was the reason and treated him with lasix effusion , during that time creatnine was elevated to 2.7, urea 71 later decreased to 2.58 , again in February 2026 we came for follow up , creatnine was 2.60 and urea 50 . With mild plueral effusion, treated with lasix and zytanix 2.5.. now his creatnine level 2.83 and urea 58. Will it decrease below 2.5? Vyamada stopped , isolazine is given , spot urea creatinine 12.6, protien creatinine ratio 6.83. what should he do to to maintain healthy kidney and can creatnine level be maintained or lowered , pls help us ,

Hi , my father is 78 yrs old and having ckd from past 10 years and on medication. Currently his creatine suddenly increase and need of dialysis.dialysis is going on but having continuous hiccups.anything can be done for stopping hiccups. Please suggest
